We are looking for more assistants for our wonderful boy in Horred!

Our little star enjoys going out and participating in various activities such as visiting the swimming pool, going for walks with Krokodilen (the walker), visiting playgrounds, etc.

The client has an activity schedule that the assistants follow.

The client goes to school and finishes at 14:40 on weekdays. It is important that you, who will work with him, have drive and commitment as it is essential for him to receive both social and physical stimulation in his daily life.

For us, it is important that you connect with the client you will be working with and that you are attentive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's integrity.

You have a good sense of humor and are ready to make your own decisions and take initiatives to relieve family members. You are responsible and easy to collaborate with. You are good at motivating and enjoy an active life.

Your responsibilities:

Tasks related to the profession. This can range from individualized care to household chores. The assistance is based in the client's home but also involves accompanying them on activities outside the home. You will work supportively and motivationally.

For this assignment, applicants need to have a driver's license.

Working hours:

Morning shifts Weekdays: 06:30-08:30
Evening shifts Weekdays: 14:30 - 19:30, Fridays until around 18:00.

We are looking for both hourly substitutes and fixed-term employees with a set working degree. During holiday weeks, the client has more assistance hours and there is also the possibility to work on weekends.
